Chris Brown will be going to trial in September this year, and could face some more time in prison, as the plea deal in his Washington DC assault case collapsed.
According to TMZ.com, the 25-year-old star's lawyer Mark Geragos and the prosecution reportedly failed to agree on the facts about the incident, where Brown had allegedly broke Parker Adams' nose in October 2013.
The singer, who was already on probation for attack on former girlfriend Rihanna from 2009, was getting a snap with two female fans when Adam had supposedly tried to get in the frame, which made the singer lose this temper.
Brown's defence had requested for more time to arrange for his bodyguard Christopher Hollosy's testimony, after the 'International Love' hit maker was ruled guilty in April 2014.
