Hollywood actor Chris Hemsworth has reportedly been selected to essay the role of a receptionist in the Paul Feig directed all-female film Ghostbusters.
A US Weekly report quoted Feig, as announcing on Twitter that Chris Hemsworth has been cast as the receptionist in his all-female Ghostbusters reboot.
"Our receptionist. #whoyougonnacall," the director tweeted, along with a smoldering snap of the Australian hunk.
In the original Ivan Reitman-directed flick, Annie Potts portrayed Bill Murray, Dan Aykroyd, Harold Ramis, and Ernie Hudson's characters' receptionist.
In the rebooted version, Hollywood's leading funnywomen - Melissa McCarthy, Kristen Wiig, Leslie Jones, and Kate McKinnon are set to replicate the boys' legendary characters.
