England has won the third one-day international against Sri Lanka by 10 wickets at Old Trafford on Wednesday.
The hosts recovered from Sunday's record defeat by needing only 12.1 overs to reach their target with batsman Ian Bell (41 not out) sealing victory with a straight six.
According to the BBC, England pace bowler Chris Jordan took 5-29 as Sri Lanka were all out in 24 overs, and he was named Man of the Match for the second time in the series, after he returned the best figures by an England bowler at Old Trafford in only his 11th ODI.
The report mentioned that captain Alastair Cook returned to the side in the game after missing the defeat at Durham through injury while pace star James Anderson exploited the favourable bowling conditions on his home ground to claim 2-10 from an impressive opening spell of seven overs.
The series finishes with games at Lord's on Saturday and Edgbaston on Tuesday and England has named an unchanged squad for the concluding two fixtures, the report added.
