Christina Grimmie's parents Bud and Tina Grimmie recently got emotional while talking at the memorial.
Addressing the crowd on June 18, Bud said, "I want to share what I've shared with several people here and that's there's this gigantic hole in my heart that I know is never going to go away," reports E!Online.
He further said that "God showed me that he's way bigger than that hole" and added that the three things that keep him walking upright are "I know I'm going to see her again.she's way better off now, she's more alive now than she's ever been, she's not going to be hurt anymore, and thirdly, and this is where I'm wrestling, is that God's plan is better than my plan."
During the service, 'The Voice' finalist's mother also broke down in front of the crowd, saying that the pain was too much to take as she was the "weakest" person there.
Christina was fatally shot outside of her concert in Orlando by an unidentified assailant at the age of 22.
