As New Line Cinema celebrates its 50th anniversary this year the studio just got another reason to make the celebrations grand.
With the new release of 'Annabelle: Creation', Conjuring cinematic universe has dominated the market surpassing the 1 billion USD mark at the global box office, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Sue Kroll, president of worldwide marketing and distribution at Warner Bros said, "We are thrilled with the success of 'Annabelle: Creation' and enormously proud to continue bringing this hugely popular Conjuring franchise to theaters everywhere."
Kroll also congratulated the New Line Cinema colleagues and the team for putting collective creative energies to tell such wonderfully frightening stories to movie audiences around the world.
James Wan and Peter Safran produced 'Conjuring' franchise which made debut in 2013 include films like 'The Conjuring', 'Annabelle', 'The Conjuring 2' and the sequel to 2014s run-away hit 'Annabelle' titled 'Annabelle: Creation'.
Helmed by David F. Sandberg, 'Annabelle: Creation' has already earned more than 110 million USD in its first weekend at the global box-office.
