A federal judge has approved Apple's 450 million ebook case settlement in a class action lawsuit over claims that the company conspired with publishers and raised the ebook prices.
The settlement could have Apple paying 400 million dollars to consumers and 50 million dollars to lawyers, reported CNN.
However, it the ruling is overturned, Apple will only pay 50 million dollars to consumers and 20 million dollars to lawyers.
As many as 23 million consumers impacted by price fixing would receive the settlement money.
