The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Tuesday filed chargesheet against former Noida chief engineer Yadav Singh in Ghaziabad court in connection with the disproportionate assets (DA) case worth Rs. 23 crore.
The CBI also filed chargesheet against Singh's wife, two daughters, son, daughter-in-law, chartered accountant Mohan Lal Rathi, three firms and a charitable trust.
The CBI said that these assets were allegedly acquired between 2004 and 2015.
The assets acquired by him during this period were allegedly 512 per cent over and above his known source of income, he said.
The agency said it had registered the case on July 30, 2015.
