A new study has claimed that singles are less likely to date during winter.
The study also suggests that those who do date during the season are bored.
According to dating site eHarmony, about a quarter of singles said their dating prospects slowed during the cool months, with 60 percent saying planning fun dates was "more challenging" during winter, the Daily Telegraph reported.
Experts say singles are "missing out" on romance because they don't date as much during the chilly season.
