Apple's popularity has started slipping as the Cupertino is becoming less fun, a new study has found.
A Forrester study of which brands makes consumers happy showed Apple has started slipping.
According to CNET, Apple has until now held a reputation for making its customers feel like they're bathing in chocolate sauce, but for the first time, it is lagging slightly behind Sony, Microsoft and Samsung.
This is the third year that Forrester has been measuring the satisfaction people feel defined along parameters such as ease of interaction and enjoyability of interaction when dealing with certain tech companies.
The study was carried out among 7,500 Americans to find out their favourite tech brand.
Only one tech brand, Amazon, which scored a full 8 points more than any other tech brand, led the study.
A couple of weeks ago, another piece of its research suggested that Microsoft was now a more trusted brand than Apple.
