The Delhi High Court on Wednesday issued a notice to film producers and the Central government over a petition opposing the making of a film about rifleman Jaswant Singh Rawat, who died in 1962 Indo-China war.
The High Court also sought a reply from the makers by August 8.
According to reports, the family members of Army legend Rawat, who was posthumously awarded the Maha Vir Chakra for gallantry, have been opposing the making of a film, saying the story was a violation of copyright as well as breach of their privacy.
