World number one Novak Djokovic brushed aside his Ukrainian rival Sergiy Stakhovsky in straight sets in the second-round contest at the Qatar Open in Doha.
The Serbian took only 61 minutes to thrash Stakhovsky 6-2, 6-1 to set up a quarterfinal clash against Croatian opponent Ivo Karlovic.
Djokovic said that he had never played there before but he would definitely be coming back next year, adding that he was feeling better, BBC reported.
Earlier in the week, Djokovic pulled out of the Mubadala World Tennis Championship final showdown against Andy Murray in Abu Dhabi due to illness.
