Borussia Dortmund bagged a well-deserved 2-0 victory after defeating Arsenal in the Champions League Group D campaign.
Ciro Immobile posted the first goal for Dortmund after powering past Laurent Koscielny to beat Wojciech Szczesny with a low finish and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang hit the second on the other side of half-time, reported the BBC.
Arsenal is competing at this stage of the Champions League for the 17th year in a row. It has although advanced to the knockout rounds after losing the opening match in the past too but they will have to improve their performance after the dismal show at Signal Iduna Park.
The Gunners have arrived unbeaten in Germany during the previous six visits to the country.
