Pop mega-producer Dr.Luke has taken to social media to rubbish rape-related accusations made against him by singer Kesha.
Taking to Twitter handle, 42-year-old Luke wrote, "I didn't rape Kesha and I have never had sex with her. Kesha and I were friends for many years and she was like my little sister. They are getting behind an allegation only - motivated by money." TMZ.com reports.
He added, "I understand why people without all the information are speaking out. I can appreciate their compassion. It's a shame that there's so much speculation out there basing itself on so little information."
The producer, whose real name is Lukasz Gottwald, also posted court documents on his Twitter handle from a separate case in 2011, in which Kesha denied the two of them ever had "an intimate relationship."
Gottwald went on to point out that Kesha's lawyer, Mark Geragos, also represented Scott Peterson and Chris Brown and wrote, "How can he pretend he cares about women's rights?"
Though the court's judgment was not on her favour, Kesha has received support from celebrities including Iggy Azalea, Lady Gaga, Ariana Grande and Taylor Swift via social media..
