Indian Nationals hold the top ranking as the largest property buyers in Dubai; in 2015, Indian Nationals invested AED 20 billion in Dubai's lucrative real estate market, a 10 percent increase from AED 18.123 billion in 2014, as reported by Dubai Land Department.
With a solid track record in investing in Dubai's diverse property market, Indian investors have held the top position consecutively since 2012, indicating their continued demand for high-quality real estate in one of the world's leading business and tourism hubs.
