A new survey has found that workers who eat lunch at their desk consume more calories and snacks than those who dine out.
The poll from Forza Supplements found that more than a third of workers who "dined al desko" ate more than 1,200 calories during a typical working day, the New York Daily News reported.
The findings showed that employees who sat in front of their computers during lunch were more likely to gorge on crisps, chocolate and coke rather than having a proper lunch.
