Emaar MGF receives Completion Certificate for 'The Avenues' from CMDA

Emaar MGF, India's leading real estate developer, has received completion certificate for the first phase of its premium residential project 'The Avenues' at Esplanade in Tondiarpet, Chennai.

This reinforces the initiative undertaken by the company to fast track execution, completion and delivery of all its ongoing projects under the leadership of Emaar.

The Avenues at Esplanade is a premium residential offering in North Chennai comprising of six residential towers. Out of total 232 units in the project, the company has received part completion certificate for 77 units, whose possession and handover will commence soon.

Prior to this, the company has already delivered possession of residential units and clubhouse to its customers in the Esplanade project, which is a fledgling township in north Chennai.

Speaking on the occasion Mr. Ashish Jerath, Head-Sales, Emaar MGF said, "This is a great development for our customers in Chennai and across India.

Chennai region has been one of the major markets for our growth and expansion. At Emaar MGF, we are focused on addressing customers' issues to safeguard their wellbeing and interests, and thus expedite the process of completion, delivery and handover."
