England football team's golf session on team-bonding golf day was reportedly a real blast as goalkeeper Fraser Forster's ball was sneakily switched for a flour bomb.

Forster's fellow goalkeeper Ben Foster had swapped his pal's real golf ball for a fake, exploding one when he had not been looking.

According to the Daily Star, Foster then informed an unsuspecting Forster that he wanted to film the goalkeeper's swing as he teed off by a lake on the exclusive course inside England's pre-World Cup training HQ at Vale do Lobo, Portugal.

The Celtic keeper reportedly took a full swing, whacked the fake ball and was instantly showered in flour.

Foster could barely control his laughter on his prank and be could not hold the camera steady as Forster staggered around the tee in shock, but recovered around quickly on seeing the funny side and posed for the camera with his arms above his head, saying that he 'smashed it', the report added.

The West Bromwich Albion keeper posted the funny video on his Instagram page, with the caption reading that he got Forster to fall for the exploding ball trick and the video went viral overnight with more than 1,000 likes, the report further added.
