The 'Boyhood' star, in conjunction with friends Louis Black and Charlie Sexton, has announced the formation of their new record label, SexHawkeBlack, reports The Hollywood Reporter.
The 47-year-old made the announcement while promoting his upcoming film 'Blaze'. Film's star Ben Dickey will be the first musician signed to the label.
