B-town's new daddy Shahid Kapoor recently gave his first interview post paternity leave and as expected, he could not stop talking about how his daughter Misha makes him feel.
"I am getting used to being a working man. I was pretty much dedicated to fatherhood. I was off work for five months. She is almost two months old now. Every day is amazing with her," said Shahid.
When asked if he would want to be like his dad, the 'Udta Punjab' actor revealed, "My dad is a great guy and is an extremely nice person. He is also over protective and hyper. I hope I won't be that to my daughter."
But his over-protective side came up when he was asked how he would react if Misha ever wanted to become an actress. He said he will be petrified. "It's a tough job. I will be scared if she comes and tells me that."
A doting father to his daughter, the 35-year old actor even had some advice for new dads like him. He said, "Learn how to change diapers, learn how to be on very little sleep, be helpful since there's very little you need to do as compared to your wife."
On a related note, the 'Haider' star will next be seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's 'Padmavati' along with Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh.
