It looks like the name Elsa, lead character in the Oscar winning animated flick 'Frozen,' has become the most popular baby name in the U.S. 'for the first time in forever.'
Last year, there were over a thousand babies named Elsa, which hadn't made the top 500 list since 1917, making it the 286th most common girl's name, the New York Times reported.
However, the name of Elsa's sister in the film, Anna, who was the actual heroine, didn't pick up that much, and rose only a spot up to become the 34th most common girl's name.
The data is from a complete count of the first names of newborns getting Social Security cards that has recently been updated to include the numbers for 2014.
