Former International Cricket Council (ICC) President Ehsan Mani has revealed that the ICC would be totally undermined under the Big 3, as long as the three countries are involved with the three individuals who will represent these countries in charge.
Mani said that the Big 3, Australia, England and India are clearly not action in the best interest of the other countries, which are members of the ICC.
According to PakPassion.net, Mani said that when he had been in charge of the ICC, Pakistan had just been another member country for him like Zimbabwe, England, Australia, India or New Zealand and he granted no special favours to Pakistan.
The Former cricketer said that his responsibility as an ICC chief had been towards every country in the world including the lesser known cricketing nations such as Singapore or Gibraltor.
However, Mani added that the people from Big 3 are there to make sure that they can extract as much in terms of resources for their own countries.
Mani said that the sad thing is that in 2012, the ICC itself commissioned a governance review named Woolf Report regarding its governance, which contained a number of recommendations but these people have not seen it as fit to implement even one of the recommendations.
