Former Madhya Pradesh Finance Minister Raghavji, who was released from the Bhopal Central Jail on Wednesday afternoon, said that a conspiracy had been hatched against him.
"I will take care of my health issues first. There was a conspiracy against me," said Raghavji on being released from jail.
"It is the party's decision, will fight election if they say so," he added.
Raghavji was in jail since July 9 after his domestic help levelled sodomy charges. He had to resign as minister and was later expelled from the BJP.
He was granted bail by the Jabalpur High Court on Monday, but was not released as the original bail papers could not reach Bhopal.
