ExportersIndia.com witnesses 56 pct boost in business via mobile app

ExportersIndia on Thursday announced 56 percent boost in its business exclusively via its mobile app.

The company witnessed significant increase in business over the period of 2015 to present, retaining its position as India's largest searchable B2B marketplace and exporters' directory that connects manufacturers, exporters, suppliers, and buyers to generate value from unlimited online trade opportunities and buyer enquiries.

"The rapid increase in smartphone usage has contributed significantly in accelerating the growth of m-Commerce in India. It is also driving several businesses to simultaneously adopt both mobile based and web-based technologies to expand their reach across multiple platforms, ushering in the Mobility-Analytics-Cloud and Social (M-A-C-S) trend certifying the same ExportersIndia's mobile app has been instrumental in enriching CX attaining greater customer satisfaction," said founder and director ExportersIndia.com, Sunil Gupta.

"Therefore, it is no surprise that our B2B platform gained significant business traction over the past couple of years. We hope to accelerate our growth with constant endeavors to improve the app user experience and enlarge the share of business through our mobile app," added Gupta.

ExportersIndia.com's business growth over the past two years has been phenomenal. In 2015, it registered 16.45 percent traction via mobile, 80.55 percent via desktop, and three percent via tablet. In the following year, i.e. 2016, the company saw an increase in mobile usage, with 25.38 percent business conducted via mobile, 72.43 percent via desktop, and 2.19 percent via tablet.

In the current year, ExportersIndia.com has registered 40.39 percent business via mobile, 57.66 percent via desktop, and only 1.95 percent via tablet. It currently has 25 lakh business houses with 3000 buyers being added daily.

Through its services, the enterprise strongly feels that yellow pages directories will soon become a thing of the past as online and mobile-based businesses become more mainstream.
