Former Delhi law minister Jitender Singh Tomar's interim bail plea was rejected by a city court on Thursday till the pendency of his application for regular bail.
According to reports, the court also rejected Tomar's plea challenging his police remand in the fake degree case.
On Tuesday, a city court had sent Jitendra Singh Tomar to four-day's police custody after being arrested in connection with the alleged fake degree case.
According to reports, the court also directed the Delhi Police to procure the necessary documents during this time-frame.
Tomar is facing allegations of submitting forged education certificates while filing his nomination for the Delhi Assembly polls.
