Alex Ferguson has backed Ryan Giggs to become next Manchester United manager, saying the latter has all the qualities needed to be a fantastic manager.
According to the Mirror, United's owners see Pep Guardiola as a perfect replacement of current manager Louis Van Gaal. They believe that Giggs doesn't have enough management experience.

Expressing his views on the reports, the 13-time Premier League winner said that Giggs has been gaining experience working with Van Gaal and also had some experience working with former manager David Moyes.
Ferguson further said that he heard that Giggs needs to go to another club first to gain experience, but felt the 41-year-old doesn't require going anywhere.
Earlier, Van Gaal had also said that his assistant would succeed him at Old Trafford when the former steps down from the post in 2017.
Giggs, who retired last year after serving United for four season, had also taken charge as a temporary United manager after Moyes was sacked in 2014.
