Former Pakistan President retired General Pervez Musharraf will not be able to fly abroad, even after getting bail in four cases, as Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) is still investigating the cases against him that fall in the Scheduled Offences.

Pakistan also denied of conducting any talks regarding Musharraf's release at this point in time, the Nation reports.

The Scheduled Offences, under the FIA Act of 1974, also contain the high treason case against Musharraf for his November 3 orders, which de-seated over 60 judges of the superior judiciary and placed them under house arrest, the report added.

The Supreme Court had granted him bail in four cases, including the Benazir Bhutto assassination case, judges' detention case, November 3, 2007 Provisional Constitutional Order, and Nawab Akbar Bugti murder case.

According to the report, FIA needs Musharraf under clause 6 of the Act, which specifies jurisdiction of the agency and its authority to take over investigations from other investigation agencies.
