FICCI is set to organize the much-awaited annual conference on the Indian capital markets 'CAPAM' in Mumbai tomorrow.
Carrying the theme of 'Recent Innovations in the Capital Markets', the event to be held at the Trident hotel, Nariman Point, will witness prominent voices such as Minister of State for Finance Jayant Sinha and SEBI chairman U.K. Sinha amongst others.
The 12th edition of CAPAM promises to be a high-profile knowledge-sharing and networking platform. Eminent policy makers and subject experts will share their views on overall growth of the capital markets.
Various new and innovative measures like creation of India's first International Financial Services Centre, setting up of National Investment and Infrastructure Fund (NIIF), Alternate Investment Fund (AIF), Start-up funds, introduction of Gold bonds, will be deliberated upon.
The conference will see the participation organizations and individuals interested in capital markets, including executives of the capital markets and financial services sector banks, investment banks and merchant banks; stock exchanges, depositories, stock brokers, portfolio managers and private equity firms.
