The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has demanded registration of a case against Communist Party of India (Marxist) CPI(M) state secretary Kodiyeri Balakrishnan alleging that he committed sedition by giving a speech supporting China.
BJP's Thiruvananthapuram district president Suresh Kumar has complained to Kerala Director General of police (DGP) on Monday for CPI(M) leader Kodiyeri Balakrishnan's alleged remarks that an axis of countries like US, Japan, Australia and India has taken shape for attacking China from all sides.
"An axis of countries like US, Japan, Australia and India has taken shape for attacking China from all sides', the CPI(M) leader reportedly said.
