Ford is reportedly planning to drop Microsoft's voice-activated sync system for the cheaper QNX system made by BlackBerry.
The car company is reportedly unhappy with the quality of Microsoft services following a number of complaints from customers.
According to the Verge, customers had also reported widespread glitches in Ford's on-board computers, malfunctioning touchscreens and substandard voice recognition.
Meanwhile, the switch will lead to the start of a new relationship between Ford and Microsoft.
