101-year-old former spy and cricketer Eileen Ash has revealed that she started yoga when she was playing golf and a friend of her suggested it.
Ash said that she went and fell in love with it, and now always goes for it on Tuesday mornings, the Daily Star reported.
The amazing superfit centenarian has lived through two world wars, played Test cricket for England and worked for crack intelligence agency MI6.
She also manages to tend her garden, drive a snazzy yellow Mini and read without glasses.
