Frankie Sandford is getting trained hard for the 'Strictly Come Dancing' show by her footballer husband, Wayne Bridge, it has been revealed.
According to an insider, the 25-year-old singer started the training with her 34-year-old husband six weeks before talking about her appearance in the show with the producers to make sure she was "ready for it", the Mirror reported.
The source revealed that the 'All Fired Up' singer, who wanted to feel confident about her "revealing clothes" on the dance-floor, has been going on three-mile morning runs.
The source added that Bridge has worked out a high-protein diet for his "excited" wife, who has never attempted ballroom dancing before and is determined to work hard, in order to make her "strong and toned".
