Disneyland Paris is facing a pricing probe following accusations that United Kingdom and German customers are being precluded from certain price promotions.
According to the BBC, the European Commission claimed to have received 'a number of complaints' from customers including the United Kingdom, Germany and Italy.
The problem potentially lies in, for example, a United Kingdom holidaymaker trying to order a Disneyland Paris ticket from a French website but being unable to pay because they do not have a French credit card.
In some cases, French consumers were paying 1,346 euros for a premium package, while British visitors were being charged 1,870 euros and Germans 2,447 euros.
The European Commission is concerned that Disneyland Paris is stopping consumers in some member states from shopping around for the best deals.
European Commission spokeswoman Lucia Caudet said that firms cannot prevent consumers this way, adding that it was against the European law.
The French government has now been asked to investigate.
