In order to raise money for a maternity and children's health care centre in Uganda, Hollywood Rapper French Montana and singer Adam Levine released a new single.
Both the singers teamed up to produce the remixed version of Montana's hit song 'Famous' from his 2017 album 'Jungle Rules', reported CNN.
Montana will donate his royalties earned from the new song to the Suubi Center, which happens to be an underfunded maternity and children's health clinic in Uganda.
Speaking to CNN, he said that helping a mother and a child should be everyone's concern. He added that it is a really bad thing to not have a proper healthcare system which eventually led him to help Uganda.
Currently, Montana has raised a total of USD 500,000for the healthcare centre. The rapper was inspired to help raise money for the Centre after he paid a visit to Uganda in 2017.It is after this visit he launched an online campaign #Unforgettable Healthcare Campaign.
Also, furthering his efforts for this cause, he helped the 'Triplets Ghetto Kids', children's dance group from Uganda feature in the recently released music video of 'Famous'.
