Japanese multinational photography and imaging firm, Fujifilm, announced the launch of Instax Share SP-3, a portable instant film printer priced at USD 199, expected to go on sale in November.
The third edition to the series launched in 2014, the SP-3 is the first to use the new Instax Square film, apart from facilitating the printing of Instax Mini film, similar to the SP-2. In addition to the existing collage option, the SP-3 allows users to add text to the prints, enabling greater customisation of the photos.
The company said the SP-3 comes in two colour variants - black and white, and goes on sale in early November, The Verge reported.
In June this year, Fujifilm launched its new iconic Instax mini 9 instant camera in India, built in with a selfie mirror and close-up lens, with the same design and ease of use as its predecessor, Instax mini 8.

The new Instax Mini 9 is also equipped with a close-up lens in addition to features, such as, automatic exposure measurement for aperture settings and high-key mode that enables users to take brighter photos - perfect for portraits.
Priced at Rs. 5,999, the Instax mini 9 was launched in five colours- Flamingo Pink, Lime Green, Cobalt Blue, Smoky White and Ice Blue.
