Troubled England football legend Paul Gascoigne has claimed that he was targeted by hackers and had 50,000 pounds stolen from his bank account.
According to the Daily Star, the former England star, 46, who has had a much-publicised battle with alcohol, claims his account was hit 23 times in just two days.
Gazza, claims he has been 'bled dry' by the scam despite once being worth as much as 14 million pounds, the report said.
He also said that he knew who did it but it was quite a lot of money, adding that how it happened, he did not have a clue.
Police are investigating the ex-Newcastle and Tottenham man's claims, the report added.
