George Michael will not face any charges after falling out of a moving car on a motorway.
The 49-year-old star, who spent nearly two weeks in hospital after suffering head injuries, gave traffic police a statement after leaving the hospital last week and officers have now closed the case, the Mirror reported.
The 'Careless Whisper' hit maker was not even fined for not putting on his seatbelt when he tumbled out of the Range Rover on the M1 in near St Albans, Herts, as cars swerved and braked to avoid him.
A Hertfordshire police spokeswoman revealed on Tuesday that all witnesses had been spoken to and no further action will be taken.
The former 'Wham!' star, who was airlifted to a specialist trauma centre in London, was a rear passenger when he spun out at a junction on 16 May.
