Melissa McCarthy was actually scared of the actors in the 'Ghostbusters' movie.
In a recent interview, the 45-year-old actor said, "The first ghost we saw, we were all legitimately scared," reports Channel24.
McCarthy, who stars alongside Kristen Wiig, Kate McKinnon and Leslie Jones in the new female-led reboot, said that she freaked out when her friend, with full makeup and costume of a ghoul, chased her.
For her, the ghosts looked "pretty darn terrifying."
Reportedly, the director Paul Feig wanted the ghosts to look as "real" as possible, hence, it was not surprising for him.
