A hardcore sex tape that stars the 'Girls Gone Wild' founder Joe Francis and his girlfriend is currently being shopped to various media outlets, according to reports.
Francis said the X-rated video -believed to be of professional quality - was on his girlfriend Abbey Wilson's iPad, which was stolen a few weeks ago at LAX airport.
Francis has threatened criminal and civil action if the video is released and is confident that cops are going to arrest the person trying to sell the tape, the New York Post reported.
Francis and his girlfriend, who are appearing on a VH1 reality show, 'Couples Therapy,' which debuts June 12, has said that they will never sign a release and people will never see this tape, adding that this is not a publicity stunt and he just wants his property returned to him and the criminal arrested and prosecuted.
