Commenting on the recent accusations made by Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Vinod Kumar Binny about his own party, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Dr. Harshvardhan on Thursday said that he was glad about the fact that the Aam Aadmi Party's own members were now raising the same issues which the BJP and the public had raised.

"I am happy about the fact that AAP leaders have started accepting what I had said, and that they are raising the same questions that I had raised," said Harshvardhan.

"Binny has picked up those important issues which I had asked Kejriwal in the Vidhan Sabha, and which the whole country wanted to know. Kejriwal still hasn't given an answer to those questions," he said.

"There are a lot of issues on which they can be questioned but first I need to ask why aren't they sending the former corrupt ministers to jail as they had promised?" he asked.

Harshvardha's reaction came after a disgruntled Binny had described Delhi Chief Minister and AAP leader Arvind Kejriwal as an autocrat, and all those luminaries from various sections of society joining the party as opportunists.

The 39-year-old has accused his party for "straying" from AAP's core principles. Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has dismissed it saying he was sulking for not getting the chance to contest.

Addressing a news conference here a day after he was refused a ticket to contest this year's general elections by the AAP leadership, Binny also called former IBN7 managing editor Ashutosh an opportunist.
