Google's social network Google+ has announced a feature called Collections.
According to the CNET, the new feature of Google+ offers a way to organize and share pictures, articles and other content related to a specific topic, like food, movies or space.
Other Google+ users will be able to follow any Collection which is set to 'public' or they can start a private Collection of their own.
The feature is similar to social network Pinterest which offers its own online bulletin boards.
Google is seen as trying to revive its plagued social network, which is facing competition from Facebook and younger competitors like Snapchat.
The collections feature is now available on the Web and on devices running Android. The collections feature can be found in the dropdown tab on the left side of Google+ page.
Google said the new feature will be available on Apple's iPhones and iPads later.
