The legacies of Prince and George Michael will be remembered in the 2017 Grammy Awards with a pair of "unforgettable tribute segments."

Organizers announced Wednesday that the 59th annual ceremony will include two performances in honor of the stars who died last year.

"George Michael and Prince were pop icons who showcased rare musical genius and otherworldly charisma," said Neil Portnow, President/CEO of The Recording Academy, in a statement as reported by E! Online.

"While each possessed a distinct style and sound, they were both adored by audiences worldwide. The passings of two such creative innovators were a huge loss for the creative community; The Recording Academy is humbled to pay homage to their tremendous legacies on the GRAMMY stage."

However, the announcement didn't say who would perform the tributes.

The Grammy Awards will take place on February 12 in Los Angeles with host James Corden.
