Olympic diving champion Greg Louganis has got engaged to his partner Johnny Chaillot and will tie the knot this fall.
The driver told the People magazine that he has finally met his soul mate and is in love with him.
Expressing his feelings, the 53-year old Olympian said that the more he fall in love with Chaillot, the more he starts loving himself.
He added that he thinks that this is what the universe had in store for both of them.
Louganis, who won five World Championship titles and 47 national titles, is widely considered as the greatest diver in history.
He is the only male to sweep both the 3m and 10m diving events in consecutive Olympic games.
He earned a total of five Olympic medals during his career.
