The Gurjar Arakshan Sangharsh Samiti agitation for five percent reservation in government jobs continued for the third day on Saturday in Rajasthan's Bharatpur district.
Hundreds of members of the Gujjar community had blocked railway tracks in Rajasthan yesterday in order to intensify their agitation.
Several trains were also diverted to alternate routes following the protest by the Gujjar community.
The agitators had on Thursday also blocked the Delhi-Mumbai railway tracks near Chhokar in Bharatpur, affecting rail traffic and causing inconvenience to passengers.
