Vishal Bhardwaj's Shakespearean adaptation 'Haider' toped at the International Indian Film Awards by grabbing 6 technical awards out of 8 nominations.
The International Indian Film Academy announced the list of winners of the technical categories of India's most prestigious international awards wherein Shakespeare's 'Hamlet' adaptation was awarded in six categories including Costume Designing, Background Score, Sound Mixing, Sound Design, Production Design and Make-up.
Other than this 'Queen' nabbed 2 awards for Screenplay and Editing, and Salman Khan starring movie 'Kick' walked away with Choreography and Special Effects - Visual awards.
Shraddha Kapoor starrer flick 'Ek Villian' won an award for Song Recording whereas Amir Khan's 'PK' got Best Dialogue award and Chetan Bhagat's adaptation '2 States' walked away with an honor for Cinematography and 'Bang Bang' took home an accolade for Best Action.
International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) awards will be held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from June 5-7.
