Halle Berry and Jennifer Garner are urging California lawmakers to support legislation that will impose tough penalties on paparazzi, who harass celebs and their kids.
The actresses testified on Tuesday before the Assembly Judiciary Committee on SB606, CBS News reported.
The bill will change the definition of harassment to include photographing a kid without permission of a legal guardian.
Berry said that her 5-year-old child lives in fear of paparazzi.
It was her second state Capitol appearance on the measure.
Garner also told how paparazzi aggressively follow her and her three children daily.
