12 days after she filed for divorce, Halle Berry was spotted with Olivier Martinez.
The Oscar-winning actress and the French film actor, both 49, were seen inside a vehicle in Woodland Hills in the Los Angeles area on November 7.
Martinez was driving the vehicle and it seemed that he was wearing his wedding band.
The 'X-men' star ended her two year marriage with Martinez on October 26.
