to meet families of the victims. Modi is also expected to hand over a cheque of Rs. 5 lakh to the families.

Family members of a deceased have blamed the Bihar Government for not providing adequate medical facilities at the venue.
Friend of the deceased Munna Shrivastava and also an eyewitness to the incident, Ranjit said there were no proper facilities available at the bomb blast site due to which his friend lost his life.
"No one came to help him after the bomb blast. I was all alone, carrying him on my shoulders. We could have saved his life if proper facilities would have been available; ambulance also took too long to reach the spot. We waited for almost an hour for the ambulance; he died as he was hit by a bomb in his hand and stomach," said Ranjit.
Uma Shrivastava, brother-in-law of the deceased Munna Shrivastava, said they expect Narendra Modi to come forward and help them.
"We expect that he (Narendra Modi) will consider my sister-in-law as his daughter and will provide her with a job and also take care of the child. Our whole family has a lot of expectations from Narendra Modi that he will surely do something for us," he said in Gopalganj.
Four people have been arrested in the case so far, while several others have been detained.
