Highlights of Union Budget 2014 (Part-VI)

Finance Minister Arun Jaitley on Thursday presented the Union Budget for fiscal 2014-15 in the Lok Sabha.

The highlights are as follows:

National Centre for Himalayan Studies will be set up in Uttarakhand.

North East to get a separate TV channel

Organic farming will be promoted in North East

Sports University to be set up in Manipur
