Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh has accused the son of his predecessor Prem Kumar Dhumal of hacking into his bank accounts.
The chief minister made this charge after Arun Dhumal had on Monday accused him Singh) of leasing out his private residence to a hydro power company and raised questions over the lease agreement signed for the purpose.,
Talking to media persons at the state assembly on the sidelines of a function to commemorate the 109th birth anniversary of Dr. Y. S. Parmar, the first chief minister of state, Virbhadra said he had not lodged a criminal case against Arun.
He said that he could not understand what the Dhumal family had to do with his income tax accounts.
He said that the matter is being investigated by the Central Bureau of Investigation and is pending before both the Delhi High Court and income tax directorate.
Arun Dhumal maintains that he has done no wrong.
