The HOHO bus service, operated for the tourists visiting the city, will have a stoppage at the Patel Chowk metro museum from tomorrow onwards.

Therefore, the tourists who avail the HOHO bus service will now be able to visit the metro museum at the Patel Chowk metro station also. The tourists will be received, guided to metro museum and briefed shortly on the display boards by the curator of the museum.

Entry to the museum will be made on payment of a minimum fare of Rs. 8 through group booking (depending on the number of tourists). Leaflets containing information about Delhi Metro, metro museum and route maps will be distributed to the group.

The first HOHO bus carrying the tourists will reach Gate Number 1 of Patel Chowk at 09.15 a.m. and then will stop there after every 45 minutes.

The tourists desirous of visiting the museum can deboard at Patel Chowk and then board the next HOHO bus again after 45 minutes and proceed to other destinations on the circuit.

This measure has been taken following the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between DMRC and the Delhi Tourism and Transportation Development Corporation (DTTDC) as per which both the organizations have jointly agreed to promote tourism in the national capital through a slew of joint efforts.
